If I post 100,000 listings on eBay & build up $7,000 in fees, per month, do you think I'll be able to sell $3,000 a month? lol #JustFedUp Good luck to us all.

lol, aint that the truth! Starting to get the idea the party is over with ebay. You could probably make more money with a lemonade stand than you could with ebay.
Seriously thinking about moving back to California and selling again at the Solano flea market. I did an average of $500 in sales 1 day a week at the age of 14, yet I'm lucky if I do $25 a week on ebay.

You'd be cheaper to have ten Anchor Stores at $350 each.
That's only $3500 in listing fees.
Then you would have to sell (with Free Shipping , obs) $35, 000 in value to get near that $7,000 in total fees to eBay.
You'd have nearly $500 left to pay for goods and for packaging.
I will leave out the cost of Paypal fees sonce those don't go to eBay.
I'm a lot of fun at parties.

Yea, tell me about it. I did better at age 12 dabbling in mail order than this little ebay gig of today.

I have to admit its much cheaper to live here in St Louis where I reside today. But there's no jobs here, no real way to earn a living. Everyone here is pretty much rich or poor.
You can get a good sized one bedroom apartment here for just $600 a month! I can't imagine what housing costs are back in Cali.
Cheap cost of living in the Midwest, but very few job opportunities.

I know! At 12 I did better walking the streets of my neighborhood pulling my little red wagon and picking up soda bottles and turning them in for deposit refunds at the store. 😞

I think it is a brilliant strategy, as long as you buy those 100,000 items from me 🙂
