What Type of Bag is this???

Would anyone know what type of Bag this is?? It looks to me like a Large Waist Bag, but that just doesn't sound right. I've researched all the areas I could think of but found nothing useful.

Given the brand it appears to be an inexpensive shell bag with a Ducks Unlimited licensed camo pattern.
