I'm afraid I was a bit late today.....busy like everyone else, so I really couldn't jump into the conversation very easily. New CS rep on there named Tyler.

I did mention that next week I'd like to talk about the problems people experience with CS and whether you get a US rep or overseas.

We also talked a little bit about some of the people here having a tremendous drop in sales. 

So next week, if you want to talk about the CS overseas and see what's happening. I hope something comes of it.

Missed it today as I was outside doing yardwork after 2 weeks of rain and didn't make it back in time. Thanks for asking what you did and hopefully next week they'll be receptive to discussing it.
