Hello,
So I signed up for Webinterpret and it was all good I liked it as it did boost my international sales until last week when I got a phone Calle from Webinterpret saying they would boost my sales by 35% if I signed up with their international shipping program. I did...
this last week was a nightmare
1)people from the US buying with an account from Italy paying a rate I have never seen before much lower than the actual price to send to the US
2) US buyer made an offer and I accepted weird UK address which I had seen before including name so I started investigating courier company from Bulgaria
3) US buyer makes me an offer (Ha) I accepted and immediately sent an invoice to such buyer who didn’t pay and didn’t communicate I cancelled transaction
3) US buyer makes me an offer which I accepted and (Ha) sent an invoice and buyer said That it had an address in the Uk guess???? I asked what was the address??? Same Bulgarian company I would lose my seller protection!!
4) THE LAST DROP
accepted an offer from Italy and actually got payed FREE POSTAGE
Phoned eBay “ Yes I am afraid you will have to contact Webinterpret and actually send the item with free postage” 🧐🧐🧐🧐🤬🤬🤬
I tried to phone them but it turns out you can’t phone them only they can phone you ...
So I have gone to the root of the problem and cancelled payment from PayPal let’s see how long it will take them to contact me? Plus I blocked all my listings on their web platform the disappeared 👻
sorry for the rant

Don't apologize. You are just yet another victim of Webinterpret's LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG list of people they have scammed. If you search Webinterpret in these boards, you'll see what I mean.
