Editing or/and relisting items,I have it message of ebay,in side ebay:

Ok, i do it ,without pronlems or eelays,by phone and / or email (to my private email),they sent me a Pin Code,after all work fine ,but after in some hours or next day,again the same message when i'm relisting or ediring on ebay. !

It is ""   all the days across 30 days  ,from stating may more or less!!!  "

I had not any time it situation never in several years.

And... I sent many times a claim to Ebay,and after o his replies,still I have not a solution.

ebay has cookies in your computer so they can track what you do online so they can tailor the ads you see AND they have ebay accounts on Facebook, how much more info do they need?

I have been bypassing that page for well over a year now as I believe that ebay only wants more info so they can sell it to the Chinese.  Just back out of it and try again and it usually lets you through, if it doesn't, I have accounts on other sites I can work on until it does.

If you are using different devices, Home pc, phone, tablet, etc eBay might be seeing your account in different ways?  Not sure of your answer but think about if you are using different devices to access your signed in account and also if you are doing this from different locations?

These different devices and or locations might be triggering a security issue?

Do you use a VPN? If so, you will get that quite often.  Variable IPs that don't match registration location tend to cause concern.

I don't look at or use ebay on anything other than my home computer.  I have never looked at ebay with anything else.  They have no reason to think that anything is unusual about my account.

I had the same problem, it's quite annoying.

Calling ebay was of no help, they would get it so I could list after calling, but once I logged out and back in, I'd get the message again when going to list & would have to call again, they couldn't actually fix the problem.  After  tyler@ebay  looked into it, it stopped happening.

Hi @topbestebriefex - that sounds unusual, to be sure. I've emailed the right team to take a look at what's happening. 

What you're running into is a system designed to detect and prevent unauthorized access to your account. Sometimes it can get a little overprotective. I'll get it looked into. Thanks!
