I'm trying to list my second item on my business account, and this message appears -
It looks like there's a problem with this listing.
We’ve noticed that you have been selling more on eBay. We want to ensure you continue to increase your sales successfully. Before listing any additional items on eBay, please contact us to discuss your selling plans and goals.
Please click here to acquire the phone number and PIN to directly contact eBay customer service and speak with a representative.
However, click here just takes me to the help page, with no guidance at all, I cannot do anything from this point...
Note: To acquire a PIN you must be logged into your account.

That's an old message leftover from before Covid when eBay changed the phone system from call-in to call-back. eBay needs to find and fix that message. It also appears that UK members are still being redirected to the US help boards. brian@ebay brittanie@ebay
@worldofppe Going through the listing limits help page should get you to the right CS team to address this. Click on the contact option at the bottom of this page, then click see more and scroll down until you see contact an agent.

Sounds like seller vetting department wants to talk with you to possibly help increase your limits. Basically a short interview as a security protocol for them to make sure you’re legit and everything.

I would go to e-Bay chat and have them call you. Good luck!

@Anonymous Thank you for the tag. It looks like the routing actually changed because of some structure changes to the help pages. I will get this reported.
@worldofppe - The information you've been given is correct, you'll want to go to the Selling Limits page here and scroll to the bottom to select "Contact us'.
All of the links I am aware of have been corrected to direct to the UK Community if they choose 'Ask the Community' on our help pages etc. however, @worldofppe if you were attempting to access the UK Community and were instead directed here, can you please provide us with a link to the page you were on when this happened?

Hello brian@ebay brittanie@ebay (et al),
It's August 2023 and I just received the same frustrating message. I just posted my first item in about 5 years.
It is successfully listed but there is an egregious error in the ad (hey, I'm out of practice). But I cannot modify my listing because that message keeps popping up. When I click on "click here", I am taken to a generic help page. There is no explanation of what I need to do, there is no number to call. All that I could do was to post a message in the community (I don't dare provide the link because this forum seems to be trigger happy on labeling messages as spam).
The only other option I have is to contact an expert eBay sales person with an estimated wait time of 30 minutes. It's past that now and no reply.
This is not a happy return to eBay. 😞

Don't know if this the reason or not...but shipping to the US is not specified in the listing and it should be....
