We see this same thing on past 8 quarterly updates. Steady daily sales stop or decrease by 50-90%. Why is this happening?

What quarterly "updates" are you referring to?  

For 2020, we saw steady increases over 2nd quarter thru 4th quarter and beyond due to online sales/covid restrictions to B&M stores.  

A quick look at your listings - you sell "wants" vs needs.  My guess is it is just cyclical for certain types of collector purchases.  Not to sound simplistic, but if it has occurred for you personally over the last 8 quarters (2 years), I would suggest you plan for it/trend for it.

No idea what data you are reviewing as it is your data alone, however, we have not experience what you are sharing.  Good luck/be safe.

Steady daily sales of multiple items for weeks. Steady traffic impression for weeks or months, then huge decrease in traffic after eBay updates. EBAY adds Managed payment, sales stop or decrease 50%.  Steady daily sales of multiple item for weeks. EBAY adds new Item Specifics, sales stop or decrease 50% or more. Every time EBAY changes search, adds new features or adds new requirements -our sales decrease. Need any more info?

I think people were just confused by your statement about the "past 8 quarterly updates" beause eBay does not have a quarterly update schedule. 

eBay makes updates and changes to the site on an almost daily basis, so almost every day is "right after eBay makes an update".

Aww this explains why it is soooooo dead!  I have never had trouble at this time of the year in the past 20 years!
