We ran into a problem. Please go back and try again. when trying to send a refund

Hi, I have tried to send a refund multiple times with different cards. Every time my card made a pending transaction but it never got through. And eBay kept showing "We ran into a problem. Please go back and try again." Does anyone run into the same problem? Is this a glitch or should I do anything to solve it?

Hi, this happens from time to time. Usually, when I try later, the system works. Also, it may sound trivial, clean your history, esp. cookies and cache, or try another browser where you don' t have any add-ons (and also clean history)

Ebay message "We ran into a problem. Please go back and try again." When trying to reopen a issue that was closed and I don't know why it was closed. Seller said they would refund money?
