Recently received a message regarding my account being under review. I’ve had a very strong and consistent selling history past few months, I currently have a 2 billion dollar limit (basically infinite). My products are digital goods - I purchase/trade for my products within a few group chats full of suppliers, since the items are digitally delivered i’m unable to provide tracking. I understand I have a great standing and have a very healthy history revolving return disputes on my digital goods, although what worries me is the tracking, would this affect my reviews and likely get me suspended for being a “risk to the community”? I’m quite worried as I’ve spent a lot of money stocking up for Christmas, any help is greatly appreciated.

Have you been asked to provide any information or documents?

You should be worried because it appears you are violating both eBay policies and Roblox.

Digital goods are a very difficult business model on eBay, because there is so much fraud, and intellectual property abuse. The policy is confusing, and basically written to cover eBay's liability, and put all the risk onto sellers. So you can't play semantics with the policy, or debate about what it means. The policy protects eBay, not sellers (and it doesn't protect the sellers from eBay, either).
You don't appear to be pre-approved to sell digital goods, because I don't see the expected digital item specifics on your listings, which means that your items are technically not as described. They are listed in categories for real, physical items (video games), and the item specifics don't specify digital goods. You also don't have any of the required disclaimers or verbiage that pre-approved sellers are required to include when selling digital goods.
Digital items for online games are an exception to the pre-approved seller requirement, but you still have to provide information that you are permitted to sell the items, and despite the disclaimer you put in your listing, Roblox does not permit third-party sales of their items.
Sorry, but the lack of tracking may be the least of your worries ... although it might be the requirement that eBay uses against you.

No but i’ve done some research and after the review is over they will most likely do that.

You must be approved to sell ddg's and most are not. You do not own the rights to those games, as they belong to Roblox, not you. You basically are selling someone elses items and that's a big no no. It's considered virtual stealing and many companies are cracking down hard on sites like eBay to curb this selling behavior aka suspending the sellers. Good luck to you.

ANY UPDATES ??

Did you make the items you're selling?
If not, you don't own them, the game company does.

If they've been caught once, chances are they're going to get caught again. Some people never learn until it's too late.
