We cant tell if these are your items, unable to pay

I bid and won an item, when I go to pay a message pops up." We can't tell if these are your items." I have tried logging in but still get the same response. 

Any ideas why?

If you weren't logged in and purchased as a guest you would have to pay as a guest. I believe that's done from your purchase confirmation email.

But...you used the words "bid and won" so if this was an auction my premise is probably wrong as I don't think that guests can bid on auctions.

You would be correct you can't bid on an auction or make an offer from a guest account.

     There have been a couple of postings from UK buyers/sellers reporting issues with being able to pay for items. How are you trying to pay and is the payment information same as the information on your registered eBay account? Odd message I don't believe I have seen this specific one before it may be something to contact eBay about. I would suggest going through the facebook connection.
