We were rescheduling some unsold listings and one was stopped because ebay said it was a duplicate of an active listing, which it was. We then checked both the scheduled list and the unsold - not relisted one and found [as of now] ten duplicate scheduled listings.
So how did something that was relisted show up again as 'not relisted'? And how were we allowed to unintentionally reschedule both?
