Watch list items and the potential buyer who watch those items

Trying to find ways to drum up some sales.    

I  have 100s of items with watchers.    If the prices on the item listings are dropped,   do the watchers 

get some sort of notification?

Anybody know for sure?

I know they did in the past, But I do not know for certain if they do now.

Yes - I've had a few 'price dropped' messages in my notifications.

I've received those messages telling me to drop my prices 5% to maybe make a sale.  "Eyes on your item"   

   I wondered if that sparked a message to a watcher.    

I don't remember ever receiving one FROM a seller.   But maybe......

You can always choose to send offers to interested buyers that include a discount, because that imparts a sense of urgency because the offer has a time limit.
