Was approved for deferred fees but charged anyways

I was approved for the deferred fees but after I paid half of my fees 2 days later they took the rest. This hurts at this time due to sales being so slow.

Were you approved before or after that invoice was issued? I think there was some timing involved with regards to which invoice would be deferred.

Same here - they took the full amount and I was expecting the 50% deferral.  Apparently the deferred fees are for Next Month. That doesn't help us now at all.

If you're on a 15th of the month billing cycle then the deferment applies to your April 15 invoice, not your March 15 invoice.
