Was NOT notified by Ebay that I sold and item, found out through a Paypal Email.

I sold a item this morning, and did not received notification through Ebay. I just was alerted about the sale through with an email from Paypal. When I go to the item on Ebay, it reads "out of stock."  I'm a little concerned considering I have not changed any of my notifications and I'm not being prompted by Ebay to print a shipping, nor are they even allowing me to print a shipping label for this item yet. Anyone have any suggestions. TIA

PayPal stepped up to notify you.  eBay ... nothing. 

I hope the Interim CEO is aware of this and the many other issues simultaneously occurring at eBay.

Same here.

Buyer accepted a counteroffer and paid immediately. The payment is in Paypal. Ebay says awaiting payment.

Same thing happened to me today: received paypal notice, confirmed it's a legit paypal notice, but nearly two hours later and there is still no record on ebay itself of the transaction, even though it was about a 10 item order and ebays system properly combined the items to give the buyer free shipping, as per my promotional rules.  I don't have to ship it for another 22 hours, so hopefully ebay will get their act together by then, just for added peace of mind.

There are Service Outages (which just flipped to Service Disruptions) with Buy It Now and Checkout.

Would be nice for that to be reported here by eBay.

My buyer paid twice, one was auto-refunded back to the buyer.  Received no notification from ebay about the sale.  Received a weird "You've Received CASH" email from Paypal instead of the normal "You've received a PAYMENT" email for this purchase.  Item still shows as available in my active listings. 

I don't understand how the buyer was even able to process the payment without an invoice.  When I click on the Payment Details for the payment on the PP site I can clearly see that it is for the item the buyer believes they purchased on ebay with the correct item number and photo of the item with link to the item, just like any other Payment Details I would see for any item I sell on ebay. 

Will probably simply end the listing and process the shipping label via Paypal so they at least know I've shipped the item.  The payment details indicate that the payment is COMPLETED so I guess I can safely transfer those funds into my business checking account as usual. 

They have GOT to get this resolved, and quickly.  I sold another item this morning completely problem-free, but wondering how many other sales I've missed because buyers are having such a hard time completing transactions, or processing payments.

WTH?, I got a email from paypal saying the item sold and paid but its still listed in my store for sale. Do I end the item or wait and see if the sales comes thru ebay later, this is the 2nd time in a week with major issues.

You’d think they’d communicate something, it’s been many hours now.  I’m not making any moves.  If I ship and the customers decide to cancel it would be a big mess, I think.

If it's not gotten squared away by tonight, I'll just mark as payment received and print my shipping label as usual, since my item is showing as sold, awaiting payment.

This happened a few years ago, and if memory serves me right it had gotten fixed in a half day or so.  As long as the Paypal payment is there, it's okay.

I only have 10 minutes before I have to ship other orders, so I’ll hope they get this fixed up in the next 24 hours.  Hate not being able to ship same day, though!

I sold an item at 10:25 am Pacific Time, it's now 1:26 pm and after two calls to eBay and one call to PP it's still not showing on my eBay Sold page. 
It is, however, still on my Active page but when I click on it the upper left says YOU SOLD THIS ITEM.

Same here. Got the notice, of an ebay sale, from paypal. I went to my ebay account and it is NOT in the sold/orders list. I had to get the item number from the paypal payment, put it in the search on ebay. Now, shows the item sold. After 3 hours, still not showing as sold. This is not cool. We are expected to mail our items out within 24 hours of purchase or our items go to the bottom of the search page. Or they might not show up in searches at all. It depends on if ebay wants your items to show or not.

Came on here to check and yep, plenty of others with the same problem. Got an alert on my watch that I got $$ through Paypal. Item shows "sold" on the listing but it's still in my active auctions. Yep, Ebay thing they need to fix.

I am having the opposite problem. I got a notice from eBay, it is showing sold, but no Paypal payment to be found. Anybody else? Called Paypal and they can’t see it. I don’t want to ship until I have the money.
