I have a 6 glass set that's listed, but one glass is broken. Picture below. I have it listed as a 5 set glass set, but the photo shows the one broken glass. Should I remove the broken glass and not show it or explain that it's broken?

Remove the glass and re-do the photo. The images in a listing should always show only what is being sold.

I agree with @nobody*s_perfect. Throw away that broken glass; it's trash. Redo the photo and sell it as a 5-glass set. That broken glass is distracting and IMO, just throws the whole thing "off". It also could make a difference in the shipping cost.

Yes, to all of the previous posts. Anything that might confuse the buyer/transaction should not be included. (Pictures of anything not included)
