Think ill take break to sell. AND UP prices high to discourage bid til they end for the month til it they comes back. I don't always like to rely on online response and perfer to have phone in case situations arise. I guess asia was really affected.
They should at least put more REMOTE LIVE CHATS if they don't have call ins.

They don't have time for Phone support. but they had time to roll out a whole new payment system and take you away from PayPal. I know eBay owns PayPal. so I wondering why the change ?? they say it will save US money, but when has eBay worried about saving us anything ? I feel eBay has lost it way. they were made big by the small private sellers. now they only seem to want to get rid of them or tell them how, what, when and how much to sell for. I doubt Phone support will come back the way it was. years ago you could get someone on the phone with no problem. in the past 8 years or so it has been harder and harder. NOW, you can't get it at all. but they spend time and money to figure out how to take more control from the seller ( via the eBay payment scam ) . personally, I'm done with eBay. I sell on other site and have NO problems at all. on eBay it seems every few months something changes that they want to regulate.

Manage Payments is NOT a "new" payment system. Ebay first launched it 2 years ago. They have been adding more sellers to the program about every 6 months or so. July just happens to be another group of seller entering the program.
Ebay hasn't owned PP since 2015 when they split.
As to Customer Service. We have additional ways to get to someone. I've posted the information on this thread before, but if you'd like it, just ask, I'll post it again for your ease.

If they HAVE to ADD people to it. it is clearly not voluntary. if it was such a great system. people would voluntarily join and not need to be FORCED to join. and once again, since the OWN payPal my question is,,, why do it at all ? this is because they will phase out PayPal. and then have you locked into a system where there are no other options. They used to allow SEVERAL payment system tears ago. then they Bought PayPal. then they said PayPal was the ONLY option. not they are doing it again. so what is SO wrong with the other payment systems ??? oh, yeah, it takes control away from eBay, Not the seller or buyer.
Ebay has not said that MP will be "voluntary", they have said exactly the opposite of that since they started telling us about it in the beginning over 2 years ago.
Ebay hasn't Owned PP since mid 2015, when PP went public. Since that time Ebay and PP have been under contract with each other for the split of the two companies. That contract ends this month.
Ebay is not "phasing out" PP. Buyers are able to still use it as they do today. It is an accepted method of payment in MP. Ebay has a contract with PP so that this is insured that it is as it is today for buyers through 2023.
Ebay is the last site similar to Ebay that has implemented their own payment system. It is similar to what other similar sites do. You have no options there either as a seller. You have to use their payment system as well.
I get it. For many of us PP works fine and we are happy with PP. I get it, I feel the same way. Given the choice I'd stay with PP. But here we are and to move forward on Ebay you need to accept and learn how to adapt to MP. Each of us have to make our own choice whether to stay or move on. There is no right or wrong answer, you just need to do what is right for you.
The only think I would suggest is that you make your decision only after you know and understand the facts. Clearly you have some misunderstandings and that is likely just fueling how upset you are with Ebay. But once you learn the facts, this may or may not change, but at least you would then be making an informed decision and now one that is based on incorrect information.

( splitting PayPal and eBay does not mean they are not run by the same people ) Keep drinking the coolaid, things will all be clear in no time.
That is an offensive comment. The origin of that comment on Kool-aid had to do with the death of many. There is no comparison to be had here.
The two companies are not ran by the same people. But I see that no matter what I state to you isn't going to help. So I wish you well in wherever you decide to take your business.

How and why? Ebay still has customer service. True the call center isn't open for obvious reasons, but that never was the only way to get help.
FYI, there are more CSRs working calls now. Have you tried the Help & Contact icon at the top of the page recently. You may be pleasantly surprised.

That is because the FB they left doesn't violate any policy. They didn't like your packaging. They are entitled to that opinion. Not that it should have been a negative.
On this particular one about the only way to get this one removed is to prove that the buyer abuses the FB system. Did you review the buyer's FB left for others? If you didn't, you should. If they do this to many of the seller's they buy from that can prove abuse. And if you do see this, then call Ebay again and try to persuade them that what you see is FB abuse by the buyer which is a valid reason to get the FB removed from your account.
Just something else I noticed, it is too late now, but on your oldest negative FB, you could have gotten that one removed as buyer's are allowed to make reference to a claim in their FB.
