I would make another identical listing, have them buy it, and use the tracking number you sent the package with when you have to fill in that it shipped.

I did that this past xmas and it worked fine.

@inhawaii I've been able to send my PP address to buyers after a transaction is completed. Anyone can send a payment to another user via PP by having their email address. Send the buyer your email and ask them to send you the payment that way. You can also send them an invoice using the same manner. Best of luck to you....

Couldn't that be seen as avoiding ebay fees?

No, as far as Ebay is concerned, the case is closed.

Have a great day.

@inhawaii

Ask the buyer for their email and send then an invoice through Pay Pal.

Have a great day.

I had exact same thing happen to an overseas customer. I refunded her. When she finally received the item I relisted it and she paid me. I marked it as shipped so eBay would not charge me shipping since she already had the product.

I would invoice them VIA PayPal. Some people here had a good question asking if this would be okay (ebay collects fees from purchases.) As far as ebay is worried, they see a listing is refunded and this is a transaction done off their site so its not an issue. I added a PayPal article below on how to send invoices (there is no cost for both sides)
