For some reason all of a sudden, my volume pricing discounts are not being applied to my customers on their end when they check out. They are visible on the listings, but not being applied for the customer on their end of things. I am tiered of the emails asking me why? lol! Was working fine until this week. I feel like I have had this problem in the past but do not remember how it was corrected......Anyone know how to ACTUALLY fix this?

Is the discount just not being applied, or is the buyer being restricted from buying a quantity to receive the discount?
What is an Item Number where this is a problem?

They are now getting the discount for multiples in a single listing, but they are not getting the discounts applied to all the other items also......90% of my items are the same (seeds) and I want the discounts to apply to all of those listings, mix and match, so they can buy one of say ten different packs and still get the volume discount on all of them combined. I have been through this once before but have forgotten how to fix it? Thanks! 🙂

It is as if they are all separate promotions even though they all have the same discounts on each of the listings. I have new items over time, so I make a new listing as I go along and add the same discount to that listing but it is done at a different time than all of the rest of my listings. So, I have hundreds of listings with different start and end dates. But I have always done this, and it has always worked in the past except last year I had the same issue, and someone told me how to fix it but I have forgotten how (I am getting old lol!), so I am confused as to why now all of a sudden it does not work.

The volume discount you set within the listing itself, is only for that single listing. For discounts across different listings you have to set combining rules in your Shipping Preferences.
Depending on the type of rule you set up, you need to apply it to the appropriate listing by selecting it when you list the item. So if this is only affecting new listings, perhaps your forgot to apply it.
There are two sets of rules one is for listings using Flat Rate Shipping and other for listings using Calculated Shipping. If you need more help come back with more detail of how you want to shipping to be combined.
Flat Rate Combined Shipping Rules
Go to: https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf
Allow Combined Payments and Shipping: Enable combined payments and number of days for buyer to purchase items.
Flat Shipping Rule (click edit): Select type of rule.
Click Add a Profile, enter the amount (or select Free) and name the Profile. You can create more than one if needed.
Now either revise individual listings to enable the rule, or use the bulk editor and select the items to apply the combined shipping rule to as follows:
Under the Edit Fields tab, select Shipping Discounts (domestic).
In the drop down menu for Flat Rate Shipping Discounts, select the name of the Profile to apply.
Click Save and Close.
Calculated Combined Shipping Rules
Go to: https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf
Allow Combined Payments and Shipping: Enable combined payments and number of days for buyer to purchase items.
Calculated Shipping Rule (click edit): Select a discount, click Next, select a Handling Cost Rule, then Save.
Now either revise individual listings to enable the rule, or use the bulk editor and select the items to apply the combined shipping rule to as follows:
Under the Edit Fields tab, select Shipping Discounts (domestic).
In the drop down menu for Calculated Shipping Discounts select Add to All.
Click Save and Close.
