I know that with automatically relisted items or items relisted via the "Relist" link, unless specific (speculated) changes are made to them prior to relisting, there's a good chance they will be viewed less favorably in terms of Ebay visibilty on each subsequent relist. However, I was wondering if the same would apply to File Exchange listings that are ended early and then reuploaded at a later date?
For instance, my prospective idea is the following:
I will list items with the 30-day BIN format via Ebay's File Exchange.
After an unspecified amount of time (likely around 14 days), those listings with poor selling prospects shall be manually ended in bulk.
After making some price adjustments, I will reupload these listings via the File Exchange.
Essentially what I'm asking is, would these listings be considered "new" in Ebay's eyes or would the system still recognize that these exact listings had been uploaded previously, thus reducing their visibility upon a second upload? If it's the latter case, could making a small change to each item title or description be enough to trick the system?
