Vintage Watch Band question

Is there a jeweler/vintage seller on here?  I'm unsure if the hook on this band is OK/useable;  any comments appreciated.

It doesn't really have a hook. It connects to top and bottom of the watch casing with a couple of loops, and you draw it tight on your wrist using the slider on the right of your photo.

It's not exactly a one-size-fits-all bracelet; it's rather specific to a certain style of watch case, and possibly a certain brand as well.
