My seller views have all been dialed back to zero and remains there. Why? How can I get this function back?

Refer to this post from our friend Devon@ebay posted. Lots of other posts concerning. Hang in there and hopefully they'll get this fixed.

It's my understanding that eBay views have changed to a monthly total, so each month it goes back to zero OR the views older than 30 days go away.
