Views and Impressions Drop Off?

I'm just crowd sourcing here, but has anyone else seen a views or impressions drop off the last month or so? My sales started to slow earlier this month which is odd because of the stimulus going out. Then I started to notice on new listings I was getting 1-10 views in the first 24 hours. Normally that number is higher. Also eBay says my impressions are down 35% since the previous 30 days.  I'd love to know if anyone else is experiencing anything similar this month? Or has any tips to help? Much appreciated everyone!

Yes I have, started for me in early February. I was hoping for a bump from the stimulus payments but I have not been seeing anything. I'm not totally surprised by this,  last year it was money falling out of the sky and most people hadn't felt much financial impact. This year it's different for a number of possible reasons.

Fortunately my International sales have picked up, this week is the first time in my 22 years on eBay that so far I have not had a single domestic sale, thankfully the international buyers mostly made up for that.

Yes, similar with me. Particularly over the last few days, any new listing has a pathetic number of views. Hope it improves, as sales also s_ck.

YEP! For me views have dropped like a rock for some unknown reason.  Especially, right after the CLASSIC page went away, then views are like a shell of what they were prior. Seems like a ghost town, and no one on eBay, even just to browse. Sad sad times on FEEbay, oops eBay, in addition to the CLASSIC page gone, and then NO one even looking at the listings, to add insult to injury...

Same here!  I have discovered 3 new glitches today, so there is "something" going on !  Of course nothing is mentioned on the systems board 😩

Yes, and we called eBay who said we were being added to list of sellers affected by recent updates on ebay. This happens too often and from a certain date onward. Not a buyer issue, not a underpricing by competitor or seasonality issue. EBAY updates or changes system and all traffic drops. Sales suffer. We sold more in one day last month - than we have sold in 7 days.

So being added to "list" does what?  I would call, but that never seems to be a productive use of time.....concerning though as the roll-out has done just that - rolled us out of the mix

Thanks for posting this - had CS call me from the link and they indicated they would "refresh" my store and to call back in 72rs if no change (person on phone said it can take 24-48 hours for refresh?)

Okay.  Will see if things improve, get back to normal.

btw - her first question was if I was calling to have my Seller Hub re-set back to classic view?  So they are taking massive calls on that still per the person I spoke with.  😎

At the bottom (very bottom) is the button to click for them to call you and it tells you avg wait time - mine was 1 minute.
