You used to be able to see how many watchers you had. Now it's shows view/watchers. Is there a way to see how many are actucal watchers?

It shows views and watchers. The number of watchers is the actual number.

Mine show both.

@thelipripper - You should be able to see both (as separate columns). Maybe you inadvertently "reformatted" the layout of your page and eliminated the column you want to be able to see?

Depends on what version of the program you're using: All Selling (basic), Selling Manager, SM Pro or Seller's Hub.
Sounds like you're using the basic, as all the others have a separate column for watchers and views.
