This might be a strange question, but I want to see exactly how my listings - specifically, the shipping options that appear after purchase - appear to a buyer.
But I don't want eBay to think I am using a second account to pump up my sales or auction pricing. If I create a second account, do I have to carefully hide any connection to my main account? Am I better off just finding a friend and watching over their shoulder while they purchase?
The reason for this is that I am offering two shipping options at checkout and I am curious to see how these are presented to the buyer.

you cant hide any connection to your main account, they are linked. I only see one shipping option on your listings..free first class.

Shipping options for a buyer are seen before purchase.
You may see what options are offered by changing the zip when viewing the listing.

You can view all this w/o being logged in.
Use a different browser, go to ebay, don't log in and copy and paste this link to your bookmarks https://www.ebay.com/sch/jpwest13/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_ipg=&_from=
This will allow you to stay logged in on one browser, and search your listings whenever you want on another w/o being logged in.

Thanks for the reply! I do have a few listings with only one shipping option. But on the majority, I'm trying to give the customer a choice between the eBay Standard Envelope for Trading Cards (at $0.71) and USPS First Class (at $3.50).
I know there are card buyers who hate receiving cards in a "PWE" so I want to let them choose a more deluxe packaging and shipping option if they prefer. I was interested to see how this choice is presented to a customer in checkout.
Thanks again!

Thanks for the reply! But if I am not logged in, I am not able to purchase, right? That's the piece I want to see - in checkout, how the shipping options are presented.

I see 3 with Free Shipping and the majority with the $.71/$3.50 you describe.
