Viewing Store on Cellphone and selecting store categories to view listings.

Is it just me?  My New ebay store works fine on a desktop.  You can go to the store and categories are on the left and you can select items to view under categories just fine.  Then I go to my Samsung 8+ Android 7.0 and the store opens and the categories button doesnt function at all.  The page formatting has some real size issues also.  Not what I would call user friendly.  Do ebay stores work at all on cellphones?  I am used to my etsy store on cellphone works great.  Cellphones are more than 60% of traffic for online sales.  Is programming really this bad at ebay?

Unfortunately, yes.  Everyone has been complaining how their stores are not showing up on their phones.  You are right, 60% of on line sales are done on the phone.  Ebay has so many glitches on their desktop platform that they can't keep up with the phone platform.

Have any plans to improve store functionality on cellphone been announced  by Ebay?   Any suggested work arounds so Millennials  can use their phones to make purchases?
