View Purchased Item issues

I've been selling for the last 3.5 years, but been on ebay about 13 years, and after every sale, I print the listing through "View Purchased Item" into a pdf file.   This is very important to me as I use these listings to determine future prices, as well as the historical info that is included in the item description is important to me.    I was able to print the pictures, my description, as well as the sale date.   Later on I would add the seller's name to the file.  This morning, it has a new format, and I did what ebay said and picked all the options, but you can't get the entire description to print, only a partial page, and it is most annoying.   Now I have to print pictures so I can get them on one page, then print the description, then merge the files.   It's a nightmare.   Why was this changed?   it was so very convenient before.  

Tonight, the link is not working AT ALL.   Anybody else having this problem?

I always print also from the View Purchased Item and the past few nights it's not working for me either.  Has yours started working? Thank you

me too. so done with ebay. i will start selling through facebook. no support what so ever right now. can't call and the chat is a joke. have you had ant luck contacting them?

 I have the same problem. The "view purchased item" link is dead and has been for a while for all listings. I tried disabling all security software that might interfere and 2 different browsers with the same result. Where is eBay support?!!?

I have complained to Ebay since April and keep getting the answer that the tech dept. is looking at it. Could take as long as 6 months to get it straightened out.
