I just had several of my Jockey listing removed by eBay because of the VERO. Anyone had the same issue, any suggestion to resolve it. This action removed several thousand from my store listing.

What was the exact reason given on the Vero notice?
Are you using their pictures?

You would have to take it up with rights owner. There should be contact info in the takedown notice.
Additionally you can read about the VeRO program here:

Based on their still-active Jockey listings + all the other brand listings, that's exactly what happened.
Actually, the Jockey photos look like they were mostly stolen from Kohl's website. Don't know if photos belong to Kohl's or if Kohl's used with permission from Jockey.
This one was stolen from Jockey: item 254839191436

Thank you for, For some they claimed they counterfeit , others for using the name Jockey . All of my purchases from major retailer in the USA. All items are authentic.

VERO has been around for YEARS. To answer your question, 1,000's and 1,000's of sellers have experienced what you over the years.
Careful with those pictures. If they aren't from the Ebay catalog or one's you've taken yourself, that can be a real problem on brand name items.
Inside the email you got should have had contact info for you of the rights holder. Those are the people you have to appeal to, Ebay can't help you until the rights holder gives them permission to do so.
Good luck, these are not easy things to battle.
