Hello,

I just set up an account to sell and it keeps asking me to verify myself by checking boxes of various items, I do so and it sends me to another set and on and on. I cannot get past this process on my computer but on my phone I can log on without any of this. Please help as I don't want to do business from my phone only.

Are you using a VPN on your computer?  That's the most common reason cited when that happens.

If not, clear your cache and cookies and try again, or try another browser.

When you clear your browsing history, do NOT clear your cookies. That should stop the reCAPTCHA challenges.

Please review the below link carefully. It contains very important information as to how Ebay needs to see the information you provide them on your account. It is likely easier to change your Ebay account to match your bank account if you find there to be a difference.
