So on January 7th, I get a notice that my account was suspended pending verification. I sent in the required documents that day. Selfie, front and back of my DL. Now my account is not suspended but I still have a banner stating that Verification in Progress, Thanks for resolving the open issues with your account. We’ll update you soon to let you know if your verification was successful. 10 days? It takes 10 days to do a verification, hell the DMV doesn't move that slow. So I get agent yesterday and "I have checked the details and I can confirm that your identity has been verified and your payout eligibility has been enabled. I can see that there is a banner on your account and I am submitting request to the technical team to remove the banner and with in 48 hours it will be removed." I make a sale today, and now my funds are on hold until 3 days after delivery? WHAT?. Get an agent online today, and "I have checked that the verification is still there for which payouts are on hold. Verification in progress. Thanks for resolving the open issues with your account.. We’ll update you soon to let you know if your verification was successful." So now what, what another 10 days and hope I get paid for this $1300 worth of product that I have to ship by Tuesday, per Ebay.

Infrequent sellers can get a hold on payments for 30 days.

If you sold items every month( more than one) this may not happen.

I wonder if the verification was due to the items you were selling (and selling and selling). Nevertheless, your payments might be on hold for more than 3 days past the delivery date. This happens to new/returning/infrequent sellers.

Out of curiosity, have you been paid for the Dells you sold earlier in January?
