VeRo 's mistakes

Would like to talk about   the Vero system that we do have on eBay, which is giving wrong decisions. When an item says in its description that it's an OEM or GENIUNE not a problem they are on top of it. BUT when an item spells that FIT for that surely means it's an aftermarket item. And our system is not capable of making the difference, eBay executives should sit down and determine what is legal and what is not. As far as i know aftermarket items are free to sell in this country.

Vero does make "decisions". A copyright holder files a claim under the DMCA with eBay and eBay must comply by removing the item, they have no choice in the matter.

Without knowing the item and the exact way the Brand was used it's impossible to comment on a specific claim.
