In the new Manage Orders page, buyer filed cancellation requests are now filtered to it's own Cancellation page. Why is it that the page doesn't indicate the variation that the buyer bought? Now I have to go into the listing itself and sales history (or few other ways to click around to look for the variation) to find this info and adjust my inventory.
It was better before when it would just be in the "awaiting shipment" page and have a notice saying cancellation filed. At least then the variation is shown right there.
The Returns Page also has this same issue with not displaying variations. Why?

It's missing more than variations. It has the date of the cancellation, but not the date of the original order. It has a link to see details and that page doesn't show the variation either. It has a link to the order number that takes you to the order details page and that doesn't show the variation either.
@Anonymous, can you have this reviewed for improvement? This is important information that we should have quick visibility to without having to go searching in other places.

I'm happy to get examples passed along for improvements, @Anonymous & @bigdeals.etc. Do either of you have screenshots of what you are seeing? I can email you to get examples for my report if you have those available, or run some testing on my end if you don't have them handy.

Hey Trinton,
Yea I'm more than happy to give you screenshots. Just email me and I'll attach the photos.
And while you're at it, it'd be nice if there was a filter that would show all returns (closed or open) on one page. It currently doesn't have that. Also add more sorting methods (by item number, title, price, status, etc... and not just date requested and buyer name). This goes for the cancellation page too. Thanks

Since we're making requests, how about all of our orders & related pages have an option to show a time period based on a custom date range?

Yea I think we already mentioned that awhile back when a bunch of us got opted into the new Manage Orders page. But nothing has changed on the front end... so it's a great reminder for the eBay teams 👍🏻
