Hello, I have a quick question. I can't create variations on the app. However, I can list variations if I go to Google chrome on my phone and in the settings click to view the desktop site. When I try to click create a listing doing it in this manner, it takes me from chrome to the app. If I were to log out of the app, would it still try to take me to the app or would it then stay on the chrome desktop site? Try contacting customer service for Ebay and see if they have advice or a known problem that needs to be fixed.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
