I have several Lego variation listings. seem to be doing fine. sold several of the items but when it relisted the quantity was reset to the original quantity. One of the variations had completely sold out and got reset to a quantity of 10 and one had partially sold out and got reset to quantity of 8 (only had 3 left). I did not realize variation quantities would be reset every time the listing got rolled over. It makes no sense. If I had more quantity I would have listed it in the first place. I know at least the one that was out of stock was taken down to a quantity of zero when I sold them because the buyer asked if I had more and I know it was listing as out of stock prior to the rollover for next 30 days. I removed all the Lego variation listings so that I could figure out what was going on. I have Hot Wheels listed with Variations and the quantities there don't seem to get reset.
So is there something I can do on the listing form that makes the current quantity carry forward or does the quantity get reset every month and I just never noticed.
any help would be appreciated. I already took a defect by selling something I was out of stock on and would prefer to not do that again.
