I tried selling a few vape devices and I sold 2 mods but then Ebay sent me a message and took it all down do the buyers automatically get their money back this is bull**bleep**

Buyers do not get their money back if they receive the items and want to keep them.

eBay has policies, they need to be followed.

They dont have them yet. I was gonna take them to the post office tomorrow. I have their address information but ebay took the products down so how would I give them the tracking number. I cant even message them. Also do I still have the money they paid even though ebay took the items down.

You need to check your PayPal account to see if the payments came through or were taken back by eBay (unlikely).

You can send a message direct to the buyer, their email is included in the payment notice you should have received from PayPal.

Sounds  like this transaction just happened.  In due course, the buyer will be made whole, their money will be refunded and taken back from your account. 

So you don't  get to keep the product and the $$.

If I were you I would promptly refund the buyer the full amount  they  paid before any deducted PayPal Fees.  How you respond may have an effect on the outcome.
