VERO Violation for Patent Policy.

Recently received a vero for 285351446865 - Wireless Pro Controller YCCTEAM for Nintendo Switch & Lite NFC/Amiibo support a controller and another one for unauthorized item policy from the same company for a different controller but they are being sold still on eBay and Amazon aswell. I don’t understand how something can be counterfeit if it’s not trying to be a copy it’s just an off brand like what Walmart sells. Just want to warn anyone if you’re going to sell controllers. I know it’s nearly impossible to fight this and Nintendo does not response to emails. Already tried that. Don’t sell anything made by yccteam

Sorry for your situation.  Counterfeits are everywhere and eBay appears to be removing more and more daily.  They can't get to them all right away, but they will eventually.  My guess is these companies are leaning on eBay legally and law wise or you may need to be an authorized dealer.  Bottom line...Don't relist it again or your will jeopardize your account.
