Use PC to list, but uploading photos from mobile is not working properly

We've had Wunderstump Books for almost 15 years, and when my husband died a year ago I continued the enterprise. There's been about a four-month hiatus in my posting any books, and now I'm having no luck with the "Upload photos from mobile" feature. Either I've forgotten a certain step or something else is going on. I take photos with an iPhone 6, but use a PC to list books, since I have two very large monitors and would hate doing this with an app.  Please help! What am I doing wrong? This is very frustrating. Thanks.

I use my phone to take photos, but upload them to my PC before I upload them to Ebay.

If I recall, a few months ago the feature connected directly to Photos on the phone, allowing selection, then the click-through to upload, and the photos would load to the listing that was open on the computer. This was quick and easy and eliminated the need to transfer them to the PC first. But thanks so much for your input.

When you have the listing up on your phone "Listing Summary" the first section should be Photos.  Are you seeing an "Add" button?
