In the olden days before buyer protection, this was exactly how ebay operated. You were at the mercy of your seller hoping he did not have any Ferengi blood.
And sellers wonder why ebay needed to correct this. Yes, they may have over corrected, but they could not leave it as it was.

That is just beautiful, thank you. Sometimes I don't agree with some of the things you post...but that was so nice. I wrote that quote in my notebook and will remember it always. And I am at peace with it now, though it took a few years. It was his choice, not mine. He was loved, but I think now, looking back, he chose not to see it, feel it, or believe it. There really was not much we could have done for him. It, and all suicides are just utterly sad. What a waste of a life.
I read something else that said that we should always be kind to others because we do not know what burdens they are bearing or what they are going through in life.
