I've read through the previous posts on uploading video issues, but I still can't determine what is going wrong when I try to do it. When I click on one of the listing photo boxes it then directs me to upload from computer or the web, so I choose computer and find the video. The video is 10 seconds (or the other one I tried was 16 seconds) and it's stored as a MOV file and is 23.6mb. It uploads fine and I get a check mark the seems to indicate all is good, but then it suddenly disappears and I get a message that it can't be processed. I have tried a bunch of different things but nothing works. I have the same seller account as my buyer account and I just do the 250 free listings. I do use the seller hub. Does anyone have a clue why the videos won't "stick" after uploading? I have a listing that really needs to show the item working via video. So frustrating!

I was hopeful that someone with more knowledge than me about this could help. So far, no replies so trying again in hopes that someone might be able to shine some light on this problem. I'm a fairly casual seller and don't have a store, so maybe videos aren't available to me? I can't figure out.

Try uploading as an mp4 (mpeg) rather than as a .mov file.

Thank you, I'll give that a try and see if it solves the problem. If anyone else has suggestions, please let me know.

I just want to say that your advice worked! I did have problems trying to convert the file as apparently you need to use a special app to do it, but after searching around and trying different things I found one on Windows 11 (Clipchamp) that I didn't have to install that did the conversion eventually. For anyone reading this, in Clipchamp I had to choose export file and then it was converted into MP4 format. So thank you for the help!

You're welcome. Glad that worked
