I just moved from one state to another. When I sell a item how can I update the ships from address to my new address?

You need to go to your Site Preferences and change your addresses. Make sure you understand that is plural. You need to correct your registered address and phone number. [email address too if that has changed] Change your ship to address, return to address and any other address you see in the site preferences. Take your time and make sure you got it all.
Then you need to go and update any live listings you have. You can bulk edit your location from the Seller Hub.
If you relist or sell similar a previous listing you had posted, remember to correct the LOCATION on that listing before posting it.
