Up and running grants?

Anyone else apply for one of these before and cringe at each question on the application?   In seconds you can see who they are looking to give a grant to and it's definitely not inclusive.  Why each question disqualifies most people.  Did Disney just merge with Ebay?

HAve not read this year's form.  Did last year, did not apply.

Would be great to hear from prior winners of their pluses and minuses to the application process and how winning a grant empowered their online business/how impactful it was.

We file for grants all the time at the humane society.  Mountains of paperwork to sift thru - they finally hired a professional to write their grant applications to improve overall success ratios.

I don't plan on applying, but I just took a quick look at the application, and I don't have any issues with it. Looks pretty straightforward to me.

yes, it seems like they boast about actively discriminating against white men (i.e. white-identifying male-identifying persons, to be accurate) but what else is new
