Unpaid item case.

I tried to sell an item on eBay.

2 days after auction had ended, I opened an unpaid item case, because I did not receive payment.

Winner responded and refused pay, because he had bid on multiple auctions and he did not need second item.

He asked to cancel, but I want that eBay impose him strike for time wasting.

So now must I wait 4 days and then close case, or can I close case now (1 day after opening an unpaid item case) as buyer clearly stated that he will not pay anyway.

Also after I have closed the unpaid item case and claim fees from eBay, can I make second chance offer to another bidder, or can I only relist item or remove item from eBay?

Unpaid item case.

You do have to wait out the 4 days before the option to give the strike will show up.

You can choose to send a SCO (if you have underbidders who have not opted out of receiving them), relist, or neither.

Unpaid item case.

You are on the U.S. board.  You need to ask these questions on the UK board.

Unpaid item case.

You must wait 96 hours after you opened the case before you can close it. Once closed you can relist or offer to the next bidder.
