Unpaid item case won't open until Jan. 8, 2020 - why??

Hi - it's been over a week since my item ended for sale. I went into the resolution center to open an unpaid item case. It states all in red when I try to open a case, "Unpaid Item Assistant will open a case for this item on Jan 08, 2020 if payment hasn't been recorded."

Why won't it open the case now?  Thank you.

Do you offer combine shipping?

If you do and if you don't  manually reset the numbers it automatically defaults to 30 days

Hi, it sounds like you need to disable your Unpaid Item Assistant. Heres the link on how:

Thank you! I disabled my unpaid item assistant and was able to open an unpaid item case.
