I recently sold an item through an auction listing, and the buyer didn't pay, I waited for a couple of days and sent some reminders and still nothing, so I opened an UIC, and by the 5th day the case closed by itself stating the buyer paid, which is not true, I do not have a payment on my paypal account, and the buyer is still not responding to emails, so I can't clarify this with him, what to do? I can't cancel the transaction because of the 1 case per transaction rule! I have people asking me for this item outside of ebay, I need to know if this is going to resolve or what
