Unpaid Item Assistant - order cancelled, item not relisted automatically

I use the Unpaid Item Assistant. I've noticed that when orders are cancelled after 4 days (as per my Unpaid Item Assistant settings),  my item is not being automatically relisted.  I double-checked my Unpaid Item Assistant settings and I still have that relist option switched on.

I've had this same issue going on 6-9 months now.  Sometimes I don't get a FVF credit either.  At this point I just remember to relist on my own since the Assistant no longer does it's job.
