I do have normal practice of updating my customers regarding their packages and so i have giving them the approximate delivery dates of their packages while they are in transit.
One of my customer has left me a negative feedback by telling he did not received his package on time even before the item delivered to him. Also this package did not exceeded the estimated delivery period and did arrived the buyers address after several days of his negative feedback.
Further i have submit a feedback review on this matter and it just ended without any progress.
Can anyone advice me on this, in order to remove this unfair negative feedback?
ITS KILLING ME !!!

You can continue to ask eBay to remove it. Or if the buyer is amenable, he can revise the feedback thru your sending him a feedback revision form. See link below for more info on how to do the revision.
If you can step away from your feelings for a moment, you may see this negative isn't as dire a problem as you have expressed. First, buyers will disregard a comment in a foreign language. Second, your follow up comment is good. It adequately explains the situation, voiding the negative’s impact. Third, feedback is not used to measure seller performance. Fourth, your other feedback is glowing. I don’t think this negative will hurt your standing in future buyer’s assessments.

You say you gave your buyer an approximate delivery date, and later you say that the package did not exceed the estimated delivery period.
What was the approximate delivery date you gave to the buyer, and what was eBay estimated delivery period? If the two were different, what did you base the approximate delivery date on?

The buyer's complaint is about the arrival date.
If the arrival date was BEFORE the estimate arrival date ebay will remove that feedback.
Keep trying until you get someone who understands.
Good luck!

Gather your dates. Dates you shipped and the date the buyer received the item. Talk with Ebay and make sure you stress that the buyer got the item well within the timeframe in which they should have, if that is the truth. But have your facts in front of you when you are checking with Ebay.
You need to do this soon as the older the FB gets the harder it can be to get it removed. And when it hits 90 days old they can't do anything no matter what.

While you are trying to do a nice thing, you are likely making the process worse. Your Buyers already get shipping and shipping update emails from e-Bay. Buyers also do not "see" your handling time.
If you are consistently having late parcels, something needs tweaked. What is your current handling time? How are you shipping?
ETA: nevermind... you are drop-shipping from China. This is not a viable business model on e-Bay.
