I recently had a bargain hunter make an unsolicited (low) offer on a just listed exquisite new Swiss plush toy, which I refused, altho I did lower the price. Buyer purchased the toy, waited 9 days after delivery and then left neg feedback (drunk posting?), including false claims (description stated that toy was measured from tip of nose to tip of tail, as it is in sitting position, and measurement was correct). Buyer claimed toy was "waaaaaaay smaller than listed." False. Buyer never contacted us as specifically requested in listing regarding "any issues" and ignored that "every Buyer and transaction is important to us." Buyer wrecked our hard earned 100% positive and glowing feedback, right before Xmas season and days after I opened my first store. I msg'd Buyer who ignored my message (clearly does not want to return item). I reported false claims to eBay, who replied that they can't remove Buyer's feedback, because...her feelings.(?) I checked Buyer's feedback; she berated someone for doing the same thing she did to me (neg feedback without contacting first). I finally decided to leave feedback for her but can't! Did she block me?? wth! My neighbor has been selling online (mostly Etsy but elsewhere too) for many years; is in disbelief over this. I'm very discouraged; worked so hard for a year! How do I protect myself?? Any info / encouragement very greatly appreciated. thank you! Happy Holidays!

You mean you tried to neg her back? Sellers havent been able to leave negs or neuts for buyers for eleven years, only positives.I think your response was good, calm and professional...put it behind you and move on.It shouldnt stop anybody from buying from you.
