Buyer stated item was not as described, buyer has 0 feedback.
case opened ebay told buyer to send item back, ebay provides return shipping label.
Message I received from ebay "I've reviewed the details of the request. The buyer is returning the item for a full refund. A return label was provided to the buyer, but there was an issue with that return label. We're asking you to take further action to arrange return shipping.
Issue a pre-paid shipping label and upload it to eBay
I provide a label to buyer through ebay messages.
I get the same response from ebay after I sent return label to buyer in ebay message

Ebay closes the case in buyer's favor even though ebay provides return label and I provide buyer with return label in ebay message.
This is unbelievable. How do I get this fixed?

When you say "case opened ... ebay provides return shipping label" @supersuperdeals28 does that mean that this went beyond a return request, and eBay stepped in to force the return label?
It is likely your buyer claimed that their post office would not accept the return label which eBay issued, putting it on you to buy a label to attach via eBay Messages.
What type of label did you buy, and did you attach it sideways at the full 1600 x 1200 resolution? Otherwise, the buyer might claim that the post office couldn't scan a low-resolution barcode.

Yes ebay forced the return label and I sent the correct resolution return label.
The buyer is committing fraud. Seller's need to be aware of this fraud. Ebay does not send labels that do not work and the label I sent is in the correct resolution.
It is unbelievable even though ebay sends a label and I send a label that the buyer did not need to ship item back for refund.

I appealed and stated "I did exactly what ebay told me to do, I sent a prepaid label to buyer to return item. The buyer never returned item and should not be given a refund. Ebay also sent a label to buyer to return the item.
On april 19th Ebay sent me a message that the case was put on hold until April 23rd. The case should not have been closed on April 22nd. Everytime i received a message from ebay I responded and asked for help and clarification.
Ebay sent a label for buyer to return, I sent a label for buyer to return and buyer did not return item. Ebay should not have closed case on the 22nd when ebay told me it was put on hold until the 23rd. I was also told by ebay that buyer will send item back and case will be closed in my favor if buyer does not send item back by the 26th."
Ebay's response "We've reviewed the details of this case and the additional appeal. We’ve decided to maintain our original decision."
I can not believe this.
