Unable to revise

I have an item for sale that has over 5 days left on the auction. There is no bids yet. I've tried to revise it using the link that's on the item's page and by using the edit function on My eBay. A URL pops up in the bar but the page never loads, it's just blank white. 

I've tried both Vivaldi and Google Chrome browsers and made sure that AdBlock Plus was turned off for eBay. 

Any suggestion? Am I not allowed at this time to revise and just not aware of it?

You should be able to edit. I do it all the time. Perhaps try IE  or Edge?

P.S. that rant about last guy not following through on the deal looks bad, ebay motors deals are not binding.

The deal may not be binding, but if I cancelled the auction on a bidder eBay would sure enough charge me $125. And if I wanted to remove that statement, I still can't edit or revise. There is currently one bid, but a similarity in the username and having only one feedback lead me to be suspicious as it's similar to the first deadbeat bidder. 

As far as the editing issue, it has not been fixed as eBay's phone support people said it would after they admitted that the problem was on their end and that they could not revise the listing when they attempted. That would suggest to me that it's more than a browser issue. 

As a member since 1999 I'd say that eBay's quality has decreased.
