Unable to revise my items

Hi everyone,

I keep getting these messages everytime I try to revise my items.

Please, is there any solution for this?

You must change over from PayPal to Managed Payments. All sellers are being moved to eBay’s new payment system and now it’s your turn. Until you get it set up, you will not be able to manage your selling activities.

The solution is right there in the message: 

 

"To resume managing your listings, please sign up now for eBay to manage your payments". 

 

They even give you a link to the page where you need to sign up.

To continue to sell here, you need to sign up for Managed Payments like the message says.

Use the link to register for managed payments and all will be good.

When I click the link in the message to sign up for managed payments, I get another message (check the 2nd screenshot).

That second message also sounds pretty self-explanatory.

How annoying!  Nothing like telling you that you must sign up (block you from managing your listings) and then telling you they are 'not ready' for you to sign up.   Must be another  new  eBay "experience".   Hopefully, it is not one of those "known issues" that they never seem to be able to correct.

Sure does.  "You have to sign up to take care of the problem, but we won't let you".

It is annoying. I've been unable to revise my items for almost 3 weeks... Because they don't think I'am ready.
