Unable to revise an item (clicking continue just refreshes the page).

I have an item for which I want to change the Title.

Unfortunately, whenever I try to revise it and make any changes, after I click on "continue" nothing happens.

The page just reloads and shows the same, it doesn't proceed to the next form.

I'm having the same problem with revising an item and yes, it has 4 days till end. I want to add 'best offer' but the page just keeps creating a new blank listing. I've been all over the community forum and can't find an answer.
